Ascent North

Good apartment with great neighbors! I love the community here. Management change a few times but our requests would always be done in a timely manner. Nice view of the pond and lots of fully grown trees in walkable areas. The dog park is huge and has for small dogs and larger breeds. Gate would sometimes wouldn’t work but there was a security doing rounds which I guess makes up for it. Pool is nice. Gym can get some more equipment and it would be perfect. Overall I enjoyed living here because of the people we met.

Ascent North showed us passion and made us want to live where the management cares about the property and their customers. After a little hiccup with the application process, Kelita helped us get the apartment and took time out of her day for several days to keep us informed. Finally, she gave us every single bit of information so we could prepare for moving in. Based on the management and staff, I’m excited to love here!
