Zales Outlet

It was nice to finally have a great experience at a Zales after my last encounter at the Round Rock outlet Zales. Rehayma (probably spelled wrong) was so awesome! She smiled, was friendly, helpful and not pushy while I was looking at bigger rings. She took her time inspecting all the diamonds in my set and even cleaned it! I was so shocked when the round rock outlet would not clean it because of "covid" 6 months ago. So thank you for providing a great experience! I will definitely be coming back to this store.

Last week I had the pleasure of encountering Sabina for assistance. I could not believe how awesome she was in assisting with my situation. (My thin chained diamond necklace was tangled) She resolved it quickly and tenaciously with the biggest and brightest smile which was even visible through the mask she was wearing. It took her all of 5 minutes. She then gave me great suggestions to prevent it from happening again. AGAIN I want to say. THANK YOU SABINA! 😊

I will only come here from now on! The lady that helped me was so knowledgeable and friendly. Nice environment, large store. Great selection and even better prices! Ask for the store manager. She knows her stuff.
