We highly recommend Schrader Plumbing! We had a complete (incoming) repiping project done that took 2.5 days to complete. At the initial meeting, Allen took a good look around and told us in detail how he planned to do it. A couple days later, Allen and his assistant, Alec, arrived and we were amazed that he remembered every single detail. They were efficient and communicated very well - and with great attitudes and patience. The apprentice, Alec, walked by me one afternoon and simply said, "I love plumbing!".
While going about his work, Allen spotted an issue that was serious and unrelated to the repiping and brought it our attention for which we are very grateful! That will be repaired this week.
Schrader communicated very well every step of the way and we highly recommend them! We think you'll agree.

I had an amazing experience! Chris Alvarado got here early and were super helpful. They explained everything in a way for me to understand and talked about pricing before they started the work. They were able to find my leak and fix it same day. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time I have had this company out and it has been a wonderful experience from the initial call up until it’s time for payment (lol). Not that their prices anre outrageous - just the pain of paying for home repairs.

The office opens at 8 and if you call at 8 there is someone there to answer the phone. Even though I did not request the same tech as before, they sent him out (Jeff). When the tech arrives, they listen attentively to your issue and immediately begin to think about causes and solutions.

The technician is a “let me explain what I am doing” and “let me show you what I found” type of guy.

After this visit, I made SURE to save this company and “my guy” in my phone as this will be the company that I call in the future.

I cannot recommend Schrader Plumbing enough. These folks are the best. After getting all kinds of crazy quotes and time lines for a sewer line repair, I called Schrader. I was promptly greeted by a live person, not an answering machine. I explained my situation and they had a technician on their way to me in minutes. Literally 20 minutes later, Wes Parnell was at my door. about 5-10 minutes after that, he had the situation diagnosed and quoted (quite reasonably, I might add) and the work was scheduled... for the next day! I had been told by others it may take a week or so. The customer service from the dispatch to Wes and his crew was top notch. I will not use another plumbing service other than Schrader. Thank you all!

The Schrader Co. had the most pleasant, informative and knowledgeable customer service I have ever experienced. The communication was top notch. We have found our go-to plumbing company.

Eli was a pleasure to work with. He explained exactly what he was going to be doing, as well as his dig crew, so there were no questions left for me to ask. Eli has an awesome sense of humor and was fun to spend some time with.
