(March 23, 2023, 3:11 pm)Dr. Butler is the best when it comes to the pain you are in. From the check in to the end of the visit, the entire staff is courteous and considerate at all times. The wait time is not that bad considering that each patient has different issues. Brittney , his medical assistant is a great asset to this office. I have been kept in a great life style since 2016 and the care seems very personal for my needs . I would recommend anyone who needs pain management to visit Regency Pain & Therapy Institute. You won't be disappointed.
(March 11, 2023, 11:20 am)Dr. Dirnberger is an incredible physician. I honestly wish he could be my doctor for everything. I have dealt with a lot of medical issues, progressively getting worse over the last year and a half. My GP finally insisted that I see a pain management doctor, and sent me to Dr. D. He spent so much time talking with me, listening to my history, asking meaningful questions, did not once make me feel rushed. When we decided on a plan to start, he explained everything in depth, all possibilities, etc. I have a lot of medical anxiety, and really fear taking medications, and he’s been extremely patient with me, helping me to feel better about it and explains everything so well so that I can feel I have a better understanding, which helps me to have less fear. It is very obvious how much he cares about his patients. He always asks me about my work, my family, we have even talked about TV shows and movies. He treats me like an actual person. After seeing tons of doctors, I can honestly say that is somewhat rare. His office staff is so incredibly kind, patient and helpful. I have had to reschedule a couple of times because of unexpected hospital stays, which I hate to do as I know it’s a pain to have to reschedule people etc. but they are always super nice and understanding. I never wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room. He also mentors medical students, which is amazing, because obviously it is more work for him as he has to explain things to them and all of that, but he is very patient with them and talks to them like they are peers and not just “students”. I am so glad that these students are getting the chance to work with a doctor that really understands empathy, bedside manner, patience and compassion. This has been one of the most difficult years of my life, I have had to make so many changes, and have so many surgeries, etc and having Dr. D has made it so much less difficult. He’s even taken time to talk to me about my teenagers and some of the worries we have as parents these days with the peer pressure and things kids are doing now. He and his office staff also always tell me they are praying for me- and I know they mean it. Which means a lot.
(February 10, 2023, 10:24 pm)Thank God for Regency Pain & Therapy Institute. This place is so helpful that my wife and I followed them from Arlington to Mansfield. Dr Dirmberger is very professional and patient. He's a blessing and the staff is great. Thank you
(January 31, 2023, 11:56 am)Regency Pain & Therapy staff along with Dr Dirnberger have the best care for all patients. They have gone above and beyond assisting my wife. I am grateful to them for all of their help. They have the cleanest, most organized, and top of line area for all that are under the care of the doctors. They have the state of art therapy, treatments and physical therapy equipment to get a person back in shape.
