I went there today to look for natural hair clip in extensions. Cheryl was such a delight and beyond helpful. She took the time to help me find the right color match. Her customer service was amazing !!!

I went to this store for the first time today and I am extremely happy with the experience I had. Everything there is very reasonably priced and the owner is an extremely nice woman!! I haven’t experienced such amazing customer service like that in a long time, and I will definitely be going back there soon!

If I could give more stars, I would. This was my first time at this place. From the moment I walked in, it was very welcoming and friendly. The ladies are beautiful and so nice. I went in just for some packs of deep conditioner, and I was incredibly impressed! There is a huge selection of quality products at affordable prices. There is a plethora of braiding hair in numerous colors and lengths.

But the best part are the owners. They not only greet everyone who enters, but they take the time to ask how they're doing and truly engage in conversation. There is a very welcoming atmosphere at JB Beauty Supply, even if it's busy. It's like going to a family reunion. 💜
