SwiftCare Urgent Care

SwiftCare is amazing! I have a child on Medicaid and have had a difficult time not only finding quality care for him in the past, but also anywhere that will even accept Medicaid. I’ve had many experiences with other places that left me feeling inadequate or like a bad parent simply because we use Medicaid. Over the years I have experienced first hand both the positive treatment that accompanied walking into a clinic with brand name insurance through my work place, and unfortunately- the poor treatment and judgement that accompanies being a Medicaid patient. SwiftCare is the very first clinic/Urgent Care to treat us with absolute respect, legitimate care/concern, and be genuinely friendly despite our use of Medicaid. This is a place that serves everyone equally and their staff is phenomenal. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate that they treated my family so well! They are skilled and got my son diagnosed and on the path to recovery very quickly. No fuss, no major wait times and an amazing & caring team!

I love this place! It’s my go to whenever I’m not feeling good. They’re the nicest people and fast with checking in and getting seen. They’ve helped me two times this year with a kidney infection and now the flu. The PA is the nicest and the receptionist is so nice! She makes sure you got a doctor note for work. :) love this place they feel my pain! Help me get the best treatment.

This place is always great (as great as an urgent care can be given the circumstance), and the best Urgent Care I’ve been too yet.

Administratively they’re very clean, strict, and organized.

Medically, the nurses are always straight to the point and helpful. The bald male doctor (forgot his name) is the best. He’s always so empathetic and kind. He goes out of his way to explain everything in detail and genuinely seems like he’s there to make sure patients’ needs are met.

Best Urgent care I have been too and highly recommend this place. Online appointment was a breeze. The best part is the people….all 3 members Nurse Practitioner: Carolyn, Tech: Ruth and Front desk: Deonna were very courteous and caring. There was no additional wait time and they were fast to attend once I was in there.

Pricing was clear and straightforward, which honestly I find rare these days at doctor’s offices.
No wait time when I came in. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
Waiting room seemed clean and so did the consultation room.
