Tides at Bear Creek

I’ve been living here since march and really enjoying it. The inconveniences I’ve had have been minor and the office worked with me and helped out. Maintenance is good about fixing things, you just have to wait a bit but that’s expected in such a big complex. Really happy with my stay and will be renewing again if i can

My heater went out around New Year’s Eve and it started to get pretty cold. Maintenance wasn’t able to get it fixed the first time but the management team went out of their way to purchase a space heater so that I would stay warm. To me that meant the world and I appreciated that so much.

Update: The fan on my heating and air-conditioning system wasn’t working and I thought I could fix it all weekend but within 30 minutes of placing my maintenance car I had already got a response back via text and within another five or 10 minutes Maintenance was at the door and it quickly fix the problem. Thank you for your timely professional response as always.
