The Tech had an emergency and had to reschedule after my event. Although I am disappointed I truly hope everything is okay and hopefully I will get to experience the service one day. I’m changing the review from one star to five as I was contacted and the situation was explained. Thank you for the response and information.

I booked a appointment and paid in full. I get a text not even 20 minutes later to reschedule. I told them before booking that I have a event to go to. She said that was fine. She cancelled my appointment and that’s it. I’m so shocked that there was no effort to accommodate my appointment. No offer of a different tech. I guess they don’t want my business. Wow!

Dora made my day!
I had a terrible day with delays and long layovers when I saw the spa. Since the moment I approached the door my whole mood started to improve. I decided to get pedicure and a haircut, Dora and the girl at the front took care of me, even after the treatments. I will stop by every time I have a layover at this airport!

Josh was the very best ever! The massage was worth every penny and thensome. Very profesional, aperfection of a massage!!

Dora is amazing! I’m so glad I decided to get a neck and shoulder massage. I’ve been experiencing a lot of pain lately and flying is about the worst I could do for my muscles. But thanks to Dora, I get to fly more comfortably! Bonus stars because she also speaks Spanish and is great to talk to.
