Had the pleasure of dealing with Nehemiah at this Enterprise location. I’ve dealt with other rental agencies and workers in the past, and I wish they all were as smooth and informative and caring as Nehemiah was at Enterprise in Bedford! I urge everyone that is in need of a rental car to go see Nehemiah at Enterprise and save your time and money! I’ll never go anywhere else, hands down best experience I’ve ever had BY FAR! Excellent Service! Great customer service, fair pricing, friendly staff. I’ve rented at thIs location over the past 2 years and I’ve always had a great customer experience. There’s been times when the vehicle wasn’t cleaned too my liking or my reservation vehicle wasn’t available at pick up and the staff here are always accommodating. Honestly this is always my first choice when I need a last minute rental whether for work related or leisure.
