Terry not only fixed our plumbing issue, he went above and beyond by coming back the same day with the supplies he needed to finish the job (avoidinng a second service call the next day). We'd definitely hire Texas Plumbing Solutions again!
(October 4, 2021, 1:14 pm)WOW!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had a hot water heater installed and they worked around my busy schedule, installed on Saturday. Kept me posted all along the way. While they were here I inquired about having the gas line to my range fixed so it could be more flush with my cabinets. Justin fixed it on the spot, NO CHARGE! AND...CLEANED THE FLOOR UNDER THE RANGE!!! WHO DOES THAT??? I HIGHLY recommend them. Will never use anyone else.

The cost was over 25% less than one competitor and almost 50% less than another. Don’t waste your time with any other outfit. Call these nice folks now. Oops, I almost forgot... They answered the phone!

After weeks of trying to find tankless hot water heaters to replace ours that were damaged by the freeze NTPS replaced both our units with next day service. Highly recommend this company. Professional, on time, and conscientious. Can’t say thank you enough!!!
