Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in 20 years of buying cars. Crazy thing is, because of some bank miscommunication, I wasn’t able to purchase the vehicle. I put a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold the truck and as I stated above, the deal fell through do to the bank. Long story short, Shawn was very understanding and refunded me the money.
