Fabulous dog friendly hotel. Rooms were spotlessly clean! Breakfasts were great as were the very polite and accommodating breakfast staff! Always a smile and eager to assist. The grounds are flawless, with games and a beautiful pool. We'd definitely stay here again. We'll done!

Very friendly staff! We were supposed to stay at a vacation rental that wasn't what we were expecting. We were able to book a room here at the Residence Inn and it was fantastic! Marshauna and all of the staff here were so friendly and helpful! They made our unplanned stay very enjoyable. The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and had all of the conveniences we hoped for. We will return again for sure!

The pandemic hit a lot of hotels pretty hard but these guys came through! I was getting really tired of dirty hotels that had been let go over the past two years... these guys seemed to go the opposite direction and really stepped up their game. Excellent accommodations. Great staff. And most importantly: Very clean! Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Loved this hotel! We stayed at the Courtyard once before and we came back because we liked the pool and decided to give the Residence Inn a try and it was great! If you have a family, I highly recommend staying here. The pool atmosphere is nice with someone playing the steel drums on Saturdays. Only small suggestions: probably should have a towel dump bin by the doors so you don't have to take your soggy, wet towels back to the front desk. Also, a pool bar would be nice. Probably should fix the hot tub as it doesn't really produce a whole lot of bubbles (it is hot, though).
Other than that, you're good. Things to note: they serve cold brew with the continental breakfast which is awesome! The pool area also has some floats and toys in the bin next to the bathrooms.

This is, without a doubt, the absolute nicest hotel in this comparable category (for similar Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Hyatt) that I've ever stayed at. Pretty much everything with my stay was just perfect. The hotel is incredibly nice. It's a beautiful property, with nice layout and decor. The rooms are great. Although I was only here for one night (unfortunately, since I would've loved to have been able to enjoy the pool), it's ideal for a longer term stay. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, the fitness center is nice, and the breakfast is possibly the best I've ever had at any of these hotels.

Dr. Sohail is a very knowledgeable cardiologist who takes time to make sure that I understand what’s going on. I’ve had times where I was really worried and he helped explain what was happening to me. Dahlia, his nurse practitioner, is a lovely lady and she takes her time with me. Jamie, the medical assistant is always pleasant to me over the phone and takes the time to explain things. I love the tech’s energy. Whatever I need to come in for an echocardiogram, she talks to me about everything. I love talking to her and laughing. The entire staff right now has been cut because of COVID. They have been referring all CPAP patients to a DME company since Mary no longer works with them. I really like the staff that they have right now because they’re not rude. There is a hold whenever I call though. I see only one person working at the front desk answering the phones when I do come in.

Dr Sohail is such a caring man. I feel he has saved my life. And the staff is wonderful.

Great doctor and nurses. The doctor is very nice, attentive and courteous. I like this kind of doctor that explains things in an easy way. Last thing, the prices are really affordable specially for me that don't have insurance.
