(December 15, 2020, 2:26 pm)IHOP...On the spur the moment we stopped by the IHOP in Portland! Greeted promptly and politely at the door and once seated, our Server, Chelsea, introduced herself! We both ordered the Breakfast Sampler; 3 Eggs, bacon, ham, hash browns, 2 pancakes! Portions were ample and it was served hot! Chelsea was a delight..attentive, well mannered, and couldn’t of been more pleased!
