Nice lady who does beautiful work and is happy to share her expertise with you, even if it means telling you how you can accomplish a task yourself without having her do it for you. I appreciate that honesty.

I didn't think my old chairs could look or feel this good. The fabric fits beautifully, the weak/wobbly feeling is gone, the seat is nicely cushioned, they will last another 40+ years. Quick response to emails, honest and open about timing and prices. I am so very happy!
