Mr. Richard Hernandez was our real estate agent and went above and beyond with assisting myself and my significant other purchase land in Jim Wells County. He was extremely responsive via email, text and phone call. He made this transaction extremely easy. I wish I could say the same about the sellers agent. I only remember her name because she was very unpleasant to speak with. Her name is Sarita Wright and she is associated with Re/Max. When we spoke to her it was almost as we were bothering her and she seemed frustrated we were taking up her time. We originally reached out to her for a showing of the property and left her a voicemail. She never reached back out to us so, we found a different local agent, which is how we stumbled on Richard Hernandez who assisted us with closing the deal.
