I love Dr Schneider and his staff. They have cared for me for over 10 years (and my now adult children). I appreciate their service, the convenience of the office and the family friendly feeling of the place. It is not a ‘vision center at Walmart’ kind of place and I love that. I’m grateful for all they do to keep me in glasses.
I read some of the OLD reviews and some people can be so cruel. I guess they have a new receptionist because she was awesome! VERY patient, kind and helpful in helping me pick out a great & cute pair of glasses! And Dr Schneider was wonderful! He was very patient, kind and very respectful! He tries to make you laugh to help you have a more pleasant experience and he's VERY thorough! I especially liked the fact that the machine that blows a puff of air into your eyes is unnoticeable, you don't feel a thing; not like most of them that blow out a hard air puff and would make me jump. I also thought the office is very nicely set up with a very comfortable, clean and nice smelling atmosphere. I loved the great selection of glasses too. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend Dr Schneider & this practice! Kim Sparkman
