Absolutely, positively, the best class you could take if your kid wants to do well in any other sport when he gets older, not to mention defend himself along the way. These guys are great and the owner really knows the sport. I played football for 18 years and coached at the college level for two and theres no way I would have done as well as I did had I not taken a similar class when I was younger. Quickness, strength, coordination, and stamina will all be improved greatly. Great activity and the perfect place to start is here. Thanks guys. Glad I found you a few months ago!
