McGavock Nissan of Rockwall

I recently went car shopping with my sister. After spending the day at multiple dealerships, getting the usual run around you experience with car dealerships. We stopped by McGavock Nissan of Rockwall. Right away you could feel that they were different from all of the other dealerships. The staff was friendly, the dealership is beautiful and clean. Our sales man Chandler Major and the manager Matt Scott were great. They weren't pushy and really seemed to care. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Fresh off of a snowstorm I was looking for a car around the Dallas area. I have had multiple experiences in which the car buying process has been stressful and monotonous. The team at McGavock Nissan was straight forward and efficient with no hassle or overselling. Aaron was extremely helpful in picking out my car while Adam was phenomenal and had us off the lot within a couple hours with the car. I would recommend this dealership and team for anyone looking for a no-nonsense car buying experience with top quality product.

Amazing experience! Hannah was helpful, informative, and trustworthy! My whole experience with McGavock was positive from the first person who answered our email (Edin) to Hannah finalizing the sale to Karen's amazing knowledge and service in finance. I live about an hour from the dealership and it was worth the drive to go somewhere that obviously operates with integrity.

My experience was excellent! Hannah and Karen made my life a BREEZE. Hannah was very personable and super friendly. She wanted me to get exactly what I wanted and did what she could to make sure I got into the car I loved most. Karen then coming in with all her insight and knowledge made it easy for me to agree to everything being laid out before me. I wouldn’t go to any other dealership for a car after this experience here. These folks are the best to get a car from, 10000%.

My husband and I was looking for a small cash car for my daughter that turned 16. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a car for a beginner driver. We called them on a Saturday evening right before they closed. Zack stated he was going to have someone reach out to me on Monday. Which they did!! Brian Jordan is the young man that called me at 9am Monday morning. 15 mins he called me back and had a car in my price range. 2012 Chevy Cruz. I met him at 1 and at 3 I had already bought the car. Of course at first it took just a little negotiating, not much though. So we are very pleased!!! My daughter stated this is the perfect car for her!!!! Thanks to all who played a part of our daughter happiness!!
