Usafi is a true professional that goes the extra mile to assure that the customer is absolutely satisfied. He takes pride in his work along with informing the customer as to exactly the scope of work being done. In my case he installed a whole House surge protector. He had to switch some breakers in my panel in order to accommodate my request. In that the panel labeling had changed he emailed me the new configuration. A step that clearly wowed me!
