My fiancé and I have lived here for just under a year and have decided to lease another apartment on site. Jennifer is fantastic and has built the community up to be wonderful. It’s the perfect location and very safe. We love it!!

My husband and I have lived here going on 4 months now. We really love this place, it's very quiet, very clean. Lisa and Trisha are very professional and always helpful.

I’ve been living here since September. I’ve decided to write a review because everything here is wonderful. Trisha the manager is beyond amazing. She goes above and beyond when I need anything taken care of. I asked if I could get another garage door opener, she got a hold of Miller our amazing maintenance guy, within 20 minutes I had the garage door opener. Whenever I put in for a service request if it’s not done the same day it’s definitely done the following day… makes me happy!!! I love the valet trash which I think is so awesome because I never have trash in my apartment which is great… simply said I love all the staff… my neighbors are great, it feels great to know I’m actually living in a place where they actually truly care about the residents and all or needs… sooooo I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff here at The Gates At Meadow Place..

Do not listen to the negative reviews, these people are just entitled jerks. The trash pickup system is just like any other apartment I’ve lived in, and if you don’t like it it’s just a small thing.

It’s a safe environment and very clean. The apartments are well lit at night and the accommodations are very good.

Prices here are unbeatable. We got a 1 bedroom apartment for about 2-300 dollars less per month than equivalent quality places closer to Fort Worth. For this price these are downright luxurious apartments.

It’s a new complex so there will be some growing pains, but these apartments are the best I’ve lived in.
The only disappointing thing is the bad attitudes of the other reviewers.
