This Bed, Bath & Beyond in The Woodlands is one of the nicest ones we've been to. When we can't find a product at one of the other locations in the Houston area, we are usually able to find it here. The store is kept pretty clean. You rarely see an employee on the sales floor or can find one when you need help or have a question. The registers are normally blocked off and all traffic is rerouted to the customer service desk when 2-3 cashier check out one customer at a time. Although there are a lot of colors to pick from when it comes to curtains, sheets, pillows, etc., it seems like you can't find many basic colors (i.e. shades of browns/tans). A lot of items that are bought in pairs (i.e. curtains), or as an addition to another product being purchased, are missing one if those items more times than not. The shopping trips here are usually more pleasant than not. We hope that BB&B will survive Chapter 11 so we can continue to shop here. (March 2023)

Exceeded expectations. Great value. Cassie, JD and Art provided great customer service and would be fine employees for any company.
