I have been a Bio-tech customer for over 10 years. The technicians consistently do a thorough job, and the service people in the office are courteous and prompt. I have only had to call once about seeing roaches around the house after a service. Bio-Tech sent out a technician the following day and they resprayed my entire house. I highly recommend them.

What a great experience I’ve had with this company. Scheduling the appoint was efficient and I was provided with thorough information prior to the appointment. Technicians Christopher and David were timely, explained everything well and completed their tasks professionally. Appreciated they treated behind the electrical outlets, not just the spray on the baseboards through out house. And took care of all the wasps around the house and fire ants. Even treated the manholes to the sewer system located on the sidewalk!
