Stopped by to have my wife's rings cleaned and to check on having her set being welded together. Some issues but the killer was they lost internet service and could not secure transaction as needed. Well just have to wait till later to have it done. I think the wife wants to go to the store at Woodlands Mall... probably so she can look at other places too .. 😂

My mother and I went in to this shop
to look for Christmas items. We had different sales persons. My salesperson was the MOST friendly person on the planet I believe. My mother's salesperson didn't even have a half of a smile for us. She seemed very mad and disgruntled. My salesperson had plenty to make up for any lost though with her knowledge about products, timing of sizing and general human need to deliver matching products for my mother and I. I loved her and it's a pleasure to leave a review, she deserves it! Thank you!

Late review here, however, we met Madison at this Zales Outlet store 5/19 to purchase our wedding rings. She was phenomenal! She knew what we were looking for without us not knowing exactly how to express what we were looking for, gave us ideas for what we can do with my wedding ring (the engagement ring has one large diamond on top, surrounded by several smaller diamonds and band formed in an infinity shape of diamonds. Talk about hard to find a wedding band that'll match!), and also helped with my fiance's ring. We purchased our rings with mine having to be soldered into two separate bands. She expedited my rings knowing our wedding is in August & just picked them up today! Madison and her manager are absolutely fantastic and looking forward to working with them again on our next jewelry adventure!
