(May 9, 2018, 11:55 am)I absolutely recommend CBSM! They have completely changed my family. My boys have WAY more confidence and I am actually seeing results and to top it off it is so much fun to workout there. Not only do you get an all body work out each time but everyday is different, you learn so much (self defense, boxing, etc) every time you go there. Staff is WONDERFUL, they treat you like family. Other clients there are also great, we cheer each other on everyday! If you want something different and want results, gain strength and learn techniques this is the place to be!
(October 7, 2017, 10:29 am)Best combat sports gym in Houston and the surrounding area. Coach Fletcher is top notch in the teaching of boxing, Mauy Thai, and self defense. He is very client driven and will push you to reach your goals.
