  Everyone that helped take care of me was extremely helpful and super kind. By far the best emergency room visit I’ve ever had.

  I am on a TDY assignment in Conroe and experienced and incident that required a visit to the ER to manage the issue I was experiencing as I was told at an urgent care facility that I needed to go to an emergency room.
  The staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs and I was admitted, triaged and seen by a doctor in less than 10 minutes from entering the front door to my encounter wit the doctor. The doctor was thorough with an examination and confirmation of a diagnosis.
  I was discharged with the appropriate plan of care and follow-up instructions. Should I be in the area again, I will use them for my emergency care needs.

  My wife and I visited this location while traveling through the Conroe/Willis, TX area. We could have not asked for better treatment. All the staff were beyond our expectations- they were were professional, courteous, and personable. In fact, two days after visiting the clinic the treating physician called to see how I was doing. Superb care and compassion!
