Awesome awesome trainers! Friendly, and welcoming environment! They’ll push and encourage you! It’s not run like a franchise, they make it feel like family. I gained a family joining CFC! Good space, and tons of good equipment. Positive vibes and good motivation! Every day the workout is different, they make it interesting and take into consideration any injuries. They even offer a free week trial. I highly recommend them!

We've been coming to CFC for almost a year. We love this place, our community, and our coaches! Since we've started, we have watched ourselves, other members, and our amazing coaches grow. The workouts are challenging, well structured (sometimes a bit diabolical lol) and always encourage you to push yourself to your limit! I can never imagine going anywhere else. Over the last 5 weeks, I have seen the dedication of our coaches as they prepared us and motivated us for the CrossFit Open. Amazing and wonderful experience. One of the hardest things I've ever done. Finally, the last day of the Open, our coaches planned a community appreciation day for all of us and even did us the honor (unbeknownst to me at the beginning!!!!) of allowing my boyfriend to propose :) Thanks for the support, motivation, and encouragement guys!!!!! You're ALL a blessing and we love this place!!!!!!
