Great Customer Service. Great Communication. New Windshield Replacement went Real Smooth. Definably Going Back for my Glass and Windshield Needs.

Approximately 2 months ago, I had an excellent experience at Medina Glass. They fit me in on a Friday morning, and while my windshield was being replaced, I had an excellent conversation with a super-nice employee (who answers the phones & certainly does a million other things). Medina Glass had been recommended to me, and I’m glad I listened. I also noted the friendly camaraderie between everyone—as if everyone really enjoys working together. In short, I was fit in quickly, it did not take long to fix, I had a pleasant experience, and I can see quite clearly out of my windshield again. I hope I don’t encounter additional rocks hitting my windshield, but if I do, I know where I’m going. (And I’ll attend to it more quickly so it doesn’t spread.) Thank you, Medina Glass!

I had my windshield replaced due to a crack from the driver side all the way across to the passenger side. And I didn't feel safe driving my truck with it being cracked like that. So I called around on prices and found the best place Medina Glass. Great service, very nice and respectful people. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again. And let others know that this is place to go if you need auto glass repair. Than you again Medina Glass.
