I was concerned about carpenter ants which had previously been around my house (and treated successfully 2 years ago) and I asked I Pest to come out to see if I was having the same problem again. Crystal inspected the exterior and could find no evidence. She was polite and professional and told me there was no charge for coming out but to call them if future problems show up. I recommend this company!

Im 5 months pregnant and frustrated so when I called I-Pest I was very distraught.there was a live cockroach in my garage along with what appeared to be eggs. The woman on the phone was very patient with me and the company had sent a technician to my house with in a 30 minute time frame.

My technicians name was Crystal. Crystal calmed me with her knowledge and presence. I was so worried that the eggs had hatched and my house was infested so I asked her to check everywhere for them. She did a detailed walk through making sure she didn’t leave any spot unchecked, which I highly appreciated. She then sprayed the inside and outside of my house with attention to detail.

When I showed her the eggs she took pictures and a sample to her work to confirm exactly what they were. She texted me the next morning to check in to see if I was doing okay and to updated me that the eggs where actually Carpet Beetle eggs.

All in all I was very impressed with I-Pest and my Technician. I have no complaints and will be calling them with any future pest issues I may have.

This is an update to a previous review and we have been using this company before it merged with the current company. It is still just as responsive and thorough. Nothing has changed except the technicians. The new ones are good! We like to find a company and stick with them for years, so we are counting on this one to do the best job for us and respond as they have always done for us in the past if we notice new problems or some that are still there. It took us several trys with other companies before finding this one, and these people are "a keeper"! Try them. I doubt you will be disappointed.

Justin was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me at length. I had lots of questions and his services were impeccable. If we have any other need for pest control, this is the first number I will call. Highly recommend!
