(January 3, 2022, 11:14 am)Exclent staff. Very friendly. No problem checking in. Front desk staff was more than happy to help with a taxi to the airport.
My room was clean and stocked well. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I did have some wall damage and mold growth around the air conditioner. I over heard another guest had issues with their AC unit. The front desk staff was prompt with getting maintenance to fix the problem. Breakfast was nice. Bacon, eggs, bread, muffins, cereal, hot oatmeal, juice, coffee and tea.
(November 5, 2021, 6:24 am)Our suite was clean and ready on arrival. The staff was great! Everyone was very friendly, and helpful with every request. Especially the front desk, there was never a time i walked past that i wasn't greeted with a smile. If I'm in the area again, definitely will be staying here
(October 29, 2021, 11:33 pm)I’m writing this review because when my parents booked this hotel to visit me I read a lot of negative reviews and was nervous. This hotel deserves a positive review because there was nothing wrong with their property. The hotel and room were clean, staff was friendly, courteous, and did whatever they could to make sure the guest had a comfortable stay. Yes the elevator was working (that was a repeated complaint on here). They have a great location, and the free breakfast is an added bonus. Marriott level service. 110% would recommend.
