The Icon at Lubbock

I rented there a couple of years, it was a nice place with decent amenities. I did have a ceiling leak that was a continuous issue that luckily was fixed right before I moved out. It's the only reason I can't give the full 5 stars because it tooks 4 months to get sorted. But otherwise a positive experience.

Aricel at the front office is 💯% the reason I chose to move here based on my experience when she showed me the Icon vibe and why I should move here. It is quiet and in the perfect part of town. I have friends who live here and I recommend the Icon to anyone needing an apartment.

I found and secured a unit on-line from Georgetown, TX. The staff was extremely friendly and answered every question as well as made sure I found exactly what I needed. A small goof up on the garage number but it was directly taken care of and it is all good now.

We love the office staff and all of the maintenance! The property is beautiful and they love making sure you feel right at home!!! The girls make sure you have help when ever You need it and go above and beyond! I am Always recommending the Icon!

I loved my experience at the Icon at Lubbock. They were so kind and helpful whenever I needed anything or when I asked so many questions. Everything was handled fast and they made my transition smooth. I would highly recommend the Icon.
