Foundation Physical Therapy

After a rotator cuff repair, I was treated at Foundation Physical Therapy Boerne for 9 weeks so far.I have 3 weeks to go and I’m grateful to receive this great care here close to home
Zach is my Physical Therapist and I’m super pleased with his professional expertise and caring demeanor.Colton also is a great help.
My experience has been excellent with a steady improvement in symptoms and range of motion.Strength training will start soon…I hope!

I highly recommend Foundation Physical Therapy. Hunter has been my physical therapist for the last 8 weeks. There has been continuity in the therapy which has included manual therapy, dry needling, e-stem, consultation, and new exercises every week. On target and comprehensive.

This establishment is top notch. I have been coming here for the past 8+ weeks suffering from a disc bulge resulting in some pretty brutal syatica. The front desk ladies are super polite and shout out to my therapists Hunter and Colton. Not only did they help push me in each weekly session and find target areas to focus on across, they also taught me exercises to practice at home to help alleviate pain, which I actively leverage. Dealing with pain sucks, but it's amazing having a place like this to help feel better. Many thanks to these guys!

After knee surgery, I was referred to Foundation Physical Therapy in Boerne and was expertly guided by Zach who answered my continuous questions, gave guidance not only while in clinic but to continue to work on at home, and provided endless encouragement to strive forward. I greatly appreciated his knowledge, expertise, and would highly recommend. Casey and the front office staff are always courteous, cheerful, and helpful to assist.
