Accurate Home Services

We contacted this company after our electric range shorted out and wanted to have the electronics in our home evaluated. We purchased the property six months ago and it is a very old house. The representative was very knowledgeable and very helpful in providing options that made sense and were affordable. I will definitely be moving forward with a proposal to replace our electrical panel and would highly recommend this company.

Our AC unit quit working Thursday night. We were able to schedule someone to come out the following day, which was great news. We were sent a text message with our techs arrival time, name and picture. Corey arrived right on time. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He told me exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it quickly. We will absolutely use Accurate Home Services again and recommend them highly.

On 5/29 our air conditioner was not cooling. It was a late afternoon weekend day. We are new to this area and was not familiar with any of the local professional repair vendors. After doing a Google search we selected Accurate Home Services. The Office person ( Misty ) was very courteous and answered all of our questions. A repairman was dispatched who was at our home in a very short time. He diagnosed the problem and had the unit up and running. At this time Tanner did talk to us about a repair that was going to be eventually needed on the AC Disconnect. On 6/16 the Disconnect did malfunction. I called and spoke with Brooke. She took care of us, immediately sending someone to our home. The AC Disconnect was replaced and the house was cool in a very short. We are very impressed with the personnel that represent this company. They are all personable and professional with a broad product knowledge. I encourage anyone needing home services to give them a call. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Misty, Brooke and Tanner.

10/10 recommended in using this company! My AC went out, my house was 86 degrees and Accurate Home Service had a tech here within just a couple of hours. Corey, the tech that came to my residence, was awesome! He was very nice, professional and respectful of me, my home and my things inside my home. He had my unit fixed within 30 minutes to an hour and he didn’t leave until he knew everything was working properly and that the air coming from my vents was cooled to normal temps. Very pleased and will absolutely use them again!

Jose was absolutely amazing!!! Prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, outgoing and super, super nice. His work was superb; a perfectionist like myself. He even informed me about the effect of power surges, which I was not aware of so I am eternally grateful. I would recommend him to anyone and will continue to work with him for future projects.
