(July 18, 2022, 10:39 am)My AC leaked out on the 4th of July, they came out on the 6th and refilled with refrigerant. Unfortunately it leaked out again the following week. I immediately reached out and they put me on the schedule same day to come back out and assess. There was a different technician by the name of Caleb who was amazing, professional and very helpful!! He listened and immediately found the problem!! Called the supervisor and he showed up with the part, apologized for the inconvenience and acknowledged the mistake from the previous week(different technician) and me and my growing baby have been very cool and very PLEASED and GRATEFUL for the efficient, sense of urgency service that was provided!!! I will definitely be using them again and again!!! Highly recommended!!!!

He was friendly, knowledgeable, and updated me on the issue and his progress. I appreciated his professionalism and kindness!
(June 26, 2021, 3:08 pm)We own a wedding venue and had an emergency with one of our AC units the day of the wedding, the bridal suite was the only place affected so this was crucial! We called several other places as they were booked for the day or was out of the Freon we needed. Rescued Air was able to respond with in 2 hours and the job was done! Thank you so much and we have a happy bride!❤️

He made me feel like family. I received excellent value for my money. His genuine concern for his customers is reassuring in that you get five star service with out reservation. I am thankful for this companies commitment to the customer. The most significant attribute of this company is that they stand by you beyond the installation process and well into the future.
(July 15, 2020, 11:26 am)This was an awesome team to work with. My AC was not blowing cold and they sent someone out really quickly. I had an older unit, so I asked about replacement options and they were super informative. The install crew was out the same day and some of the nicest people. They were respectful, efficient, and had a good price. I will absolutely be using them in the future!
