Joshua Tire & Auto

We purchased an Rv from down the street and brought it straight here to have new tires placed on it before driving back to Houston. We showed up 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday and Johnathan took us right in and recommended we have dinner at Napoli’s next door while they replaced the tires. When we came out we found out the tire machine had broken while removing the first tire from the rim. Johnathan could have told us to use the spare and get on down the road but they went way beyond the extra mile by calling in a favor at another tire shop and loading all 5 tires into their vehicle and taking them down the street to be balanced and mounted. They stayed 2 1/2 hours after closing time to ensure we left with 5 new tires and would have a safe trip back home. This is an amazing family owned business and their kindness and professionalism will not be forgotten. I wish we lived closer because they would have a lifetime customer. Do yourself a favor and come see our friend Johnathan and his family for all your tire needs, you will not regret it and you’ll be supporting a wonderful local family business!

They were nice and casual, pointed out the problems in a timely manner, sympathized with me as I set up the payment option, and even DROVE ME HOME when the car had to stay there. Not even repaired yet, but easily the most professional car place I’ve been to. Just came in for an inspection, and leaving with a newly repaired car! Highly recommend.
