I was Helped immediately by a Friendly and Knowledgeable Person ! I was in and Out in less than 20 minutes ! The building and area was clean and well Organized !

Storage depot in Burleson is AMAZING!!! The office staff is wonderful. 5 stars for them.
On the other hand the after hours call center customer service rep, Sade, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She could really use a lesson or 7 in customer service.

Rented a U haul, great experience, Marry Anne was wonderful!

Kaylee was amazing. Upbeat and very knowledgeable and respectful to my elderly parents, she was patient as my mother asked her the same question 6 times. This transition in life for them isn't easy nor was long drive from Arizona to Texas thanks for making 1 thing easy.

Where do I even begin??? All I can really say is that my experience with the team here has been nothing short of fantastic! From the staff to the tenants, everyone I’ve encountered has been simply wonderful and Mary Ann is truly exceptional! Her positive energy is contagious and she has kept her word to me every step of the way!! I cannot thank you enough Mary Ann!!!
