Amazingly dedicated, so inspirational, and remarkably kind. The Sifu here has made such an impact in my life. I can not recommend him more.

If you're looking for real undiluted unadulterated Wing Chun training you are on the right track. Shifu Rustin Coones is the real deal not only does he know his art he has a wonderful ability to help you understand it also. I have trained in many schools and many styles and can honestly say that you will be receiving direct transmission of one of the finest fighting methods ever developed by a truly qualified teacher. You should definitely check it out if you're interested in martial arts training.

The instructor is very good understanding of Chinese martial arts. The quality of instruction is never insulting and is done in a way that inspires confidence in technique without development of an undesired superiority complex. The instructor is confident in his own abilities and does not ramble on about how awesome he is or how many people has has beat to a bloody pulp. This is a genuine demonstration of authentic Chinese martial arts practiced today in modern day China. Aside from the class being taught in the English language in a town in Texas. It really is no different than a class taught in China today. There may be a few cultural exceptions, but manner of teaching is excellent. The instructor represents well Wing Chun, and puts forth a serious argument for the inclusion of Chinese Kung Fu in the arsenal of any aspiring martial artist. Regardless of background or previous training, one can easily adapt a good portion of what is passed on in this class to their particular fighting style. If you have any further questions, or doubts you should attend a class and talk with the instructor. He is very personable and can hold a conversation without belittling you, or your previous martial arts training.
