Paul runs a safe and quiet facility with outstanding customer service. He truly goes above and beyond, like meeting me on a holiday, in a rainstorm, and spotting for me to back in the trailer the day I arrived from out of town.

The place is low-key, tucked in out of the way (to avoid attracting uninvited guests) but has a major road 2 blocks away, and ever-increasing covered parking.

I wouldn't hesitate to lease space there again and highly recommend you do the same.

Good Location. Great owner. Facilities in good condition. Electric hookup was life saver during ice storms.

Great location, easy access gated storage facility. I store my boat trailer for only $25 a month, and can access it 24/7 with no problem. 10/10 would recommend.
