I recently had the pleasure of working with JR Spas on a listing that I had. The very expensive Jetta tub wouldn't turn on!! I contacted JR Spas who were so helpful to me. They juggled their schedule around so they could get this done before the transaction closed (it was a requirement of closing), and the figured out the problem in about 15 minutes. It simply required a new switch, but the tub was 14 years old, and we were concerned that we wouldn't be able to find the right part. NEVER FEAR...JR Spas searched for it, ordered it, and had it installed in less than 10 days. Problem solved, and the cost was minimal. The technicians who came to the property were professional and efficient. I will give the new owners of the property the name of JR Spas in the event that anything else goes wrong. They are top notch! Also, Alexis (the scheduler) went out of her way to make sure we made our deadlines and was always helpful and kind. Outstanding company!!
