Christian Brothers Automotive Granbury

This is my second trip to CB this time for a different vehicle. Very satisfied with both experiences. Was not having that success with dealerships in town.

Easy online appointment scheduling, wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, and quick service. I will definitely be using Christan Brothers exclusively from now on. Very impressed on every level!

I was able to book my appointment online. When I arrived, they had all my notes ready to review. Everyone was very friendly. The owner even gave me a lift home while they diagnosed my issues and documented their finding before making recommendations for repair. They called me same day to explain what was found and how much it would cost to repair. Repairs were completed same day, and they picked me up to take me back to the shop to finalize what was a fair deal. I will always trust Christian Brothers.

This was my first experience at a Christian Brothers Automotive, and definitely will not be my last. Making an appointment online was super easy and convenient, and the friendliness of the owner and staff made me feel like I’d known them for years. This type of genuine customer service is hard to find & greatly appreciated!

They were extremely efficient. My appointment was for 1pm and I was done by 1:30. I also appreciate the family and God first atmosphere. In these tough times it is nice to visit a business that embraces our Lord. I have an older model truck and Bill took the time to explain what is needed and these are all things I already knew so he wasn't trying to up-sell me. Just amazing, efficient and friendly service.
