They give you until the tenth to get your rent paid before they add any late fees and their automated text reminder system is spot on. Storage units are clean and roomy . Sufficient security and surveillance..24/7 entry with gate code . They also do not auction off units due to nonpayment or prolonged lockout . Website provides transaction history and makes paying convenient .
