Highly recommend for anyone wanting to burn calories, detox and shed fat! First week here and I am Addicted! They have a free first session if want to try it out! So many benefits to infrared training!

Got my membership a couple of days ago I absolutely love it! I have been so nervous to start working out, but the separate rooms and the fact that the instructor is virtual has been amazing to ease my nerves! I don’t feel unwelcome walking in and the staff are so sweet, always checking in. This is a wonderful environment and I always look forward to each workout.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE TO START YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY!! the staff was so unbelievably sweet on my first day walking in and i was so nervous, and they made me feel right at home! This is the best workout community to be apart of! highly recommend!!!

FANTASTIC

I went in with a friend for a trial and joined that day after my workout. The staff is incredible and I can get the best workout I've ever had in 30 minutes.

I feel great and love the fact I have found a new way to work out and get back in shape!
