(November 29, 2022, 10:23 am)I just want to start by saying how disappointed I am with some of the reviews I read. I love this location. Me and my husband have always had great customer service. I want to give a shout out to Janet the store manager at the San Marcos location. I think she saw the nervousness of an employee in training handeling my ring and she came over and assured me she would double check the work before it was sent off for fixing. I didn't ask to speak to a manager or gave any complaint. She assessed the situation and made the effort to come put us at ease. That's a great manager. Thank you, Janet.
