Had a great experience with Nathalie Gibson. She’s very relaxing and listens well. She’s very professional and good at her job in my humble opinion. I have already scheduled my follow up.

Not Natalie's fault but it was a worthless visit. Went there to have them look at a lump on my neck. Seems my NP had other plans and sent me there for absolutely no reason. She sent me there for a full body skin scan, which I had no interest in doing. Natalie did notice I had KP on my arms which I have had all my life and has bothered me. I was happy she noticed it and thought that I would get some great solution. She literally said it could be dietary but never gave me a clue as to what type of dietary elements could possibly contribute to the problem. They handed me a piece of paper that read dietary changes. Dietary changes to what?????? They also named an over the counter cream that I have already tried and a wash. So I was very disappointed. To top off this disastrous appointment the nurse handed me the paperwork and escorted me out. I knew I didn't want another appointment so I left. On my way out of the building I get a phone call and was advised that I hadn't checked out. So I had to go back up to pay. Now why didn't they collect their fee when I was checking in like most facilities? Walking back up to their office was very difficult for me because of my disability. The whole appointment just sickened me. It was a waste of time and money!! To be honest I would give 1 star but it was my NP's fault for sending me there. To be fair Natalie did give me a referral to an endocrinologist and an order for an ultrasound for the lump on my neck, for that I must say that Natalie cared more for me than my NP.

Dr. Carrasco is the best. He is knowledgeable and very gentle while treating his patients. The office personnel is friendly and helpful. Although I have an hour and a half drive to get to the office , I gladly do it because of the profesional care I received.

Having transitioned from a dermatology specialty representative into a continued patient of Dr. Carrasco’s, I’m so happy that everything about him and his staff remains not only consistent and professional, it has become friendlier to all patients I noticed being served. He and they should be commended for their care and willingness to help all whom they serve. Selenia, Callie, Jessica, and Sabrina made me realize that all place the patient first! I would recommend this practice to everyone without hesitation.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was taken back into the exam room immediately where the assistant took my information and wrote down my issue etc. The P A was awesome. Very nice, looked me in the eye when talking to me and listened to what I had to say. Very pleased with the overall experience. Will definitely return in the future if needed.
