I have been using Canyon Automotive for years, and they are knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and fair. I won't trust my cars with anyone else! Cannot recommend highly enough. Monte is a great guy who knows his stuff and always does right by his customers.

Our 2004 BMW 330CI threw a pulley and tore up the belt. We had the car towed to Canyon Automotive after reading the previous reviews on this site. We not only got WONDERFUL service, Monte was quick in getting the work done. While he was at it, he checked to see if anything else on the vehicle was in need of repair. We had previously taken the car to a mechanic in Austin and had told them that there was a problem with the belt and it had been passed over by saying that it just needed cleaning...
We then took our truck in to have a quick inspection done and discovered that a belt on THAT one needed to be replaced. Believe me, it is going in for that as soon as possible.
I got a new to me vehicle 9 days ago and had Monte and his son do a once over on the newest member of our vehicle clan and was surprised at how quickly they had it done, including an oil change.
With reasonable pricing, quick service, phone calls to authorized service on things they discover that need to be fixed...YOU BET WE ARE HAPPY!
These guys go above and beyond to ensure that you get great service and a well running vehicle. If you are looking for a new mechanic like we were, you can't go wrong with Canyon Automotive, Monte and his son.
