dr yoon is so pleasant and helpful
Dr. Yoon and her staff deserve more than 5 stars. Everything went very smooth and everything I was told went exactly as said. I was very nervous, they helped me feel very comfortable before and after the surgery. Thank you so very much.
Absolutely amazing! Dr. Yoon knew exactly how to handle my son. If you are needing E.N.T. services this is the place to go. If you are looking for someone who can work with special needs children this should be your first choice. The entire staff were simply amazing!
Felt better immediately. Simple office visit. Dr. Yoon explained things very thoroughly and made sure I was ok thru my procedure. She sensed I was scared and nervous and was very calming and reassuring. Didn't try to charge me for things I didn't need. Or make any extra sales. Nurse was comforting and well trained. I even saw an intern before the visit instead of just sitting and waiting. That was cool. It was like getting a second opinion on the spot. Billing was itemized explained and printed out in big letters. So glad I went to Dr. Yoon. I've wasted a lot of money on other doctors that wanted to pump me full of pills, sprays and drops. Even worse ones that gave me steroid shots and antibiotic shots and pills I didn't need and made me feel terrible. With side effects worse than the flu. Scary ear washes that hurt and always ended up w infection and you guessed it another office visit $$$ never again. Dr.Yoon forever. She is a very honest doctor. Going to the ENTcan be scary and intimidating; other doctors are downright brutish with areas so sensitive like your ears do yourself a favor. Choose Dr.Yoon.
