The staff was great!! The women were kind and had great customer services. The pool and spa was open and we really enjoyed our stay. It was really comfortable for my family and I.

I stayed here this week for work and the staff here were excellent. Laura, front desk clerk, went above and beyond when came to the guest of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and the bed was awesome, so comfortable! No hot food but with Covid restrictions that completely understandable. I'm all about the AC working properly in a room and mine was perfectly cold. I stayed in Room 117, next to the elevators and such, and i didn't hear a thing the entire time i was there. THANK YOU again for the excellent service and I will defiantly be returning.

Great staff, very helpful especially during our recent power outage. The staff did everything possible to keep us comfortable and safe. The rooms are very clean and spacious.
The hotel is located in a very convenient location with many amenities close by. I would definitely return if I needed a hotel in Tomball again. Highly recommend!
