I recommend this store to anyone who wants to feel welcomed and be properly educated. We will definitely be back at this location for any future needs.

(January 24, 2019, 12:11 pm)The customer service here is phenomenal! Everyone is knowledgeable about everything from instrument care to lessons. This location extremely accommodating to your skill level and budget. The employees are extremely helpful and remain honest during the entire process. It's rare to find great management nowadays, but Music and Arts Pasadena definitely meets the standard.
(January 24, 2019, 11:29 am)My personal experience at M&A Pasadena was amazing, seeing all the new items they have since it’s a new store. I had no problems finding the items I needed. The Manager Adrain was very Experience in what I was looking at and was able to guide me towards my new purchase. Nick was also helpful as well. Both have great service skills. To me I would recommend this store to anyone. Keep it up guys.
