I got EXTREMELY lucky and was recommended Bonnie from Dynamic Home Pros as a real estate agent by someone who is in the business. I have heard multiple horror stories about real estate agents from friends and associates who are buying homes right now. It seems with the current climate of the housing market, agents are taking advantage of uneducated buyers. Bonnie pulled the impossible right now which is winning my FIRST home I bid on and getting it for UNDER asking price. She also negotiated repairs on the home at the sellers expense. She was willing to answer or return calls from 8 am to 8pm and educated me about the whole process to the point I'm giving real estate pointers to my friends. I would recommend Dynamic Home Pros to my Mother, Grandmother, daughter or any one else who I love and value because I trust her advice that she knows what moves to make and what moves not to make.
