Pat was friendly and helpful. I love the iPad service. Food was delicious.

I am sure many people come through the airport in all states of emotion. Today was a sad trip for me. I sat down at a table by the Yume restaurant and began to cry. The manager came and checked on me
He offered kind words and asked if I needed anything at all. A few moments later the bartender and then a server came and checked on me. I'm sure they see people upset more often than we think but they all still showed me compassion and concern. This was a sweet moment is such a rough day. Thank you Yume for having compassionate employees.

Agreed! For an airport restaurant, love the ambiance, the comfort and decor provided, the amenities and variety of foods but mainly the Service! Ask for Sam (as in Samantha I assume) as she was patient; very knowledgeable on food choices; and just plain nice/ professional—always great to get good customer service especially in a fast-paced food environment like the airport! Good Eats!
