(February 19, 2010, 10:36 am)I LOVE having Steve Quimby as my insurance agent. He cares about his customers and lets them know that he appreciates their business. There is always someone friendly manning the phones at the office. If the person answering the phones doesn't have the answer to your question, they will give you Steve's cell phone number so that you can talk to him in person and get the issue resolved. It is also easy to correspond with him via email. His goal is to save you money. I am extremely satisfied.
